Here we battle based on the anime. You are trusted to use common sense when battling. There are however a few Guidelines to follow;
- No pokemon is all powerful. Using an Effective move against an opponent would do considerable amount of damage. All moves have some kind of effect unless dodged or it is a type resistance.
- Battles should not take anymore than four turns each. A turn is considered a post from you AND Your opponent's post. After the four turned are up, a mod has the authority to step in and declare a winner based on how the battle went.
- You can only dodge moves Once per battle. Stat inflicting moves cannot be dodged.
- Each Turn May consist of one Stat effecting move and one Damaging move. Whether your use the stat effecting or damaging effecting move if up to you.
- Abilities can play a huge effect in a battle. For example Pokemon with Levitate are immune to ground type moves. This can affect the way the battle can be played out. Remember Abilities like static or flame body can cause status effects that have to play a part.
